Cancellation fees
- For any cancellation 24 hours or more before the beginning of the service - No charge Cancellation 12 hours prior to the beginning of the service
- 50% of the amount is due Cancellation 6 hours prior to the beginning of the service - The total amount is due
General conditions
- The customer accepts the current rates mentioned on the contract. The due amount will be charged according to the performance, per day, per hour
or by means of an agreed amount for transfers. - The services of the chauffeur and the use of the car are included in the rental price in accordance with the instructions given by the customer;
as are petrol and passenger insurance. - The rental price does not include the chauffeur's board and lodging charges nor the cost of telephone calls, tolls and parking.
These costs are invoiced to the customer at the price mentioned in the tariffs. - The customer undertakes to settle the amount of the invoice in cash at the end of the performance. A prepayment may be requested by the hirer,
who accepts however payment by all major credit cards (Amex, Visa and Mastercard). - The hirer shall not be held responsible for any breakdown, accident to the car or delay from whatever cause, and the customer undertakes not to claim
any compensation or indemnification. - The customer releases the hirer from any responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage occurring to valuables transported in the car.
The hirer requires his staff to behave with total courtesy towards the persons driven. Nevertheless, the customer renounces any claim against the hirer
in case of dispute with the chauffeur of the car. - The hirer declines any liability in case of abnormal behaviour of the driver for whom he can in no case be held responsible.
- In case the customer or a passenger of the car poaches a chauffeur or another member of staff employed by our company, he undertakes to pay us
compensation for prejudice suffered. This compensation will also cover the costs for seeking another person, including his training and clothing without limit.
This will be equivalent to six months wages or salary of the person poached directly or indirectly. Directly means our employee is engaged immediately
in his service; indirectly means engaged in his service after a period of up to six months in the employment of another company. - The present agreement is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be judged by the Courts of KOREA.
